The registration desk, located at the entrance of the Congress Venue, is open as follows:
- Wednesday, 3rd December 3.30 pm – 7.00 pm
- Thursday, 4th December 8.30 am – 7.00 pm
- Friday, 5th December 8.30 am – 6.30 pm
Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at: ester.licandri[at]mzevents.it
All refunds will be made after the completion of the Congress for administrative reasons and bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from total payable.

Other General Information
The social dinner is not included in the registration fee. The price for dinner is EUR 120.
The exhibition area is located in the Congress Venue.
All Scientific Sessions will take place at room 2100 Level 1.
- Admission to all sessions throughout the Conference
- Admission to the exhibition area throughout the Conference
- Coffee, tea, refreshments and lunches during breaks throughout the Conference
- Certificate of attendance
Participants are requested to wear their badges at all time during the conference for admission to all the conference areas.
Official language is English. Simultaneous translation is NOT provided.
A cloakroom will be available for clothes and luggages for the whole duration of the congress.
Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area.
